*Location permits or venue fees vary. These fees are additional and range in price. We review location options and pricing with you and once a location or venue is selected, we book that for you and add the price to your invoice.
Up to (3) hours of Coordination:
1.5 hours of set up, greeting guests and processional cueing for ceremony,
1 hour onsite time for mingling, and
30 minutes of clean up.

Hourly Pre-Event Consultations: structured to address planning concerns. Perfect for receiving expert guidance on a specific need like venue, florals, DIY bar needs, contracts, etc. This can be added on to any service above to tailor a package just for you.
Hourly Event Day Coordination: Add on extra coordination hours if your event needs a little more than you package includes or perfect for smaller gatherings that need a little help with event day gaps.
Hourly Business Coaching for Event Businesses: Are you a wedding or event professional looking to grow or enhance your business?? We also offer guidance for business owners on an hourly basis or as a coaching package.
Professional, trained event assistants, wait staff to give you and your guests peace of mind and enhance your time together.
We fulfill your event day logistics by with specialized hospitality staff who focus on decor set up / take down, serving, bussing, clean up needs.
Price is per hour.
NOTE:
Requires a Professional Caterer or Coordinator to be on site for services.
