Consultation & Coordination

Ideal for hosts that have planned, booked, and designed their event … but need to be ‘hosts’ on the day of the big event and need a coordinator to facilitate the day of timelines, logistics, and vendor management.
Includes all Consultation services as well as:

3 hours of pre-event consultation which includes review and feedback on all preparations, budgets, timelines, logistics, contracts, negotiations, and sustainability. Plus use of custom event planning templates.

1 hour of rehearsal

5 hours of day-of event coordination which includes coordination and collaboration with all vendors and staff on event timelines and deliverables to ensure a flawless event. Serve as a main point of contact and directional host to all vendors, guests, and hosts.
For weddings: ceremony rehearsals and aisle cue coordination.
