• Wedding Theme & Event Design Curation

• Budget & Invoice Management

• Vendor Guidance, Booking, & Contract Management

• Timeline Development & Logistical Oversight

• Communications & RSVP management

• Design & Decor - curated to your event vision

• Vendor Confirmations: we confirm timelines, logistics, and expectations for the Wedding Day responsibilities with all vendors. We serve as the primary point of contact so you stay present on your family and friends.

• 1.5 hour Rehearsal: we lead your wedding day processional and final walk through details the day before your wedding.

• (10) hours* of Coordination & Execution on your Wedding Day. Includes set up of Personal Decor**.

*Additional Planner Hours can be added on for $175 / hour.
