These sessions are structured to understand the wedding plans you have prepared. During your sessions, we will build your timeline, advise on your layout, and document expectations of each of your contracted vendors.
Vendor Confirmations
30 days out from your Big Day, we will confirm all expectations with your vendors and trusted guests. We serve as your primary point of contact so you can stay present and focused on your family and friends.
1 hour Ceremony Rehearsal and final walk-through with you and your VIP’s the day before the wedding.
(10) hours* of Coordination & Execution on your wedding day by a Lead Planner. Vendor and timeline management of your Big Day, including the setup of Personal Decor items**.
*Additional Planner Consultations or Day Of Hours can be added on for $150 / hour.
