How To Communicate Shuttle Transportation to Your Guests
If you want your guests to really relax and enjoy their time at your wedding, providing a shuttle or transportation service is a kind and considerate thing to do- especially if you plan on serving alcohol. Properly communicating the transportation expectations will be critical in allowing your guests to maximize their planning and for your timeline to run smoothly.
Outlets to Communicate Shuttle Transportation
Overly communicate with your guests on the details of the wedding directions and/ or transportation expectations. Keep it short and sweet (so guests read it) but informative (so they are not left asking more questions). Pro Tip: Always use the EXACT same language in each communication outlet so there is no room for misinterpretation. Communication outlets we suggest are:

An email reminder to all guests two days prior to the wedding day

Verbiage to consider when communicating your transportation expectations with your guests include:
OPTION 1: Optional Transportation
We want you to relax and safely enjoy our Big Day. That is why we have arranged complimentary transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception.
Shuttles will depart from <Pick Up Location(s) Name> <##> minutes before our ceremony and return every <half-hour> beginning at 8pm.
OPTION 2: Mandatory Transportation
Parking is limited/ restricted at our <Ceremony / Reception Venue Name> so a complimentary Shuttle service will be provided.
Shuttle will depart from <Venue Name> at <3:15pm> to the Wedding Ceremony at <Ceremony Venue Name>. Shuttle will return at 10:00 pm following the reception.
OPTION 3: Mandatory Transportation
Parking is limited to immediate family and wedding vendors. So complimentary shuttle services have been arranged to provide you with reliable and safe transportation accommodations.
Shuttle will depart from <Venue Name> promptly at <3:15pm> to the Wedding Ceremony at <Ceremony Venue Name>. Please arrive by <3:00 pm> to ensure a timely departure. Shuttle will return following the reception at 10:00 pm.

Don’t Miss The Bus!!
Transportation will be provided from the ceremony to the reception so you can safely and leisurely enjoy out wedding ceremony and reception.
