Professional, trained, licensed event assistants, staffing, and or security to fulfill your event day logistical needs. Specialized in decor set up / take down, serving, bussing, or clean up needs or security monitoring.
$40/hour. 2 hour minimum.
Experienced and certified in both Nevada and California for serving alcoholic beverages SAFELY. Bartenders help to regulate the consumption of alcohol and maintain cleanliness.
Our bartenders are paid hourly for the duration of the event including time to set up and break down. Other costs may include: travel, beverage pick up, and time for prepping ingredients.
Tastings prior to the event can be scheduled locally for adjustments to the drink recipes and to get acquainted with your bartender.
This service provides you with a local professional who is deeply knowledgable on everything Tahoe from the best dining spots, bars, and hikes to the most efficient travel routes, parking spots, and weather know-hows. This service offers a dedicated person for you or your group either by phone or in person. Your concierge will be there to not only answer your questions but also address your needs such as shovel out the VRBO pathway or bring over the bubbly.
A professional social media assistant to take your social media photos and videos throughout your event and post to your accounts on your behalf on your big day in real time. This gives you the ability to stay unplugged all day and be present without missing any fun details. Capture all the parts, including the behind the scenes, of your day that even your photographer might miss while they focus on you.
