Consultation & collaborative partnership

Need a collaborative partner to consult with and facilitate coordinate for your conference vision to become a reality. This entails:

10 hours of pre-conference meeting consultative partnership (delegation, accountability, and execution as needed) on event vision, design, goals, budgets and proforma's, program guide, day of logistics, contracts, negotiations, marketing, and sustainability.

Project management of Conference Preparations.

12 hours of Day-Of Coordination which includes coordination and collaboration with all vendors and staff on event timelines, set up, decor, and deliverables. Serve as a main point of contact and directional host to all vendors, attendees, and distinguished speakers.

$2,300 for < 60 attendees
$2,800 for 60 - 100 attendees
$3,200 for 100 - 150 attendees
$5,000 for 150+ attendees

Consultation, coordination, & planning

Have a vision for a life changing conference … but need professional planning and project management to execute and lead on all of the details?

15 hours of pre-conference meeting consultative leadership (delegation, accountability, and execution as needed). Unlimited communications to prepare and plan your meaningful conference.

Market research, event design, agenda and program guide setting, booking, theme details, negotiations, pricing strategy, marketing strategy, preparation, and sustainability guidance and leadership.

Organization, and Documentation of your conference needs. Includes eco-concious guidance. Coordination and management of budgets, vendor bookings, contracts, and negotiations.

12 hours of Day Of Coordination to orchestrate your vendors, event design details, timelines, set up, and clean up, and serve as contact point for guests and hosts.

$4,500 for 60 - 100 attendees
$5,200 for 100 - 150 attendees
$6,000 for 150+ attendees
