I coordinate, facilitate, and orchestrate your timelines, logistics, and vendor management so you, and your attendees can learn and collaborate. Includes:
5 hours of pre-conference consultation which includes review and feedback on all preparations, budgets, timelines, logistics, contracts, negotiations, and sustainability. Plus use of custom event planning templates.
8 hours of Day-Of Coordination which includes coordination and collaboration with all vendors and staff on event timelines, set up, decor, and deliverables. Serve as a main point of contact and directional host to all vendors, attendees, and distinguished speakers.

$1,200 for 60 - 100 attendees

12 hours of Day Of Coordination to orchestrate your vendors, event design details, timelines, set up, and clean up, and serve as contact point for guests and hosts.
